A team of facilitators, therapists, psychologists and programme coordinators, led by three decades of frontline experience in stress and trauma healing.
Paul Boyle, a graduate of theology, came to Africa in his early twenties and spent much of his life here and in the Middle East, working in conflict and war zones. Over more than 30 years he has served in Sudan, South Sudan, Kenya and across East Africa, as well as in Europe, the Middle East, Haiti and Latin America.
His hands-on work with communities in crisis (refugees, security forces, medical personnel, civil and religious leaders) shaped the Paul Boyle Method: a practical process for identifying stress and trauma and dealing with it effectively. Today, as founder of the Albain Institute and creator of the Healing-for-Self foundation course, Paul is a well-known international consultant in trauma healing and awareness.
