Martin supports public-service professionals and young people to strengthen resilience, develop confidence and move forward with greater purpose and self-awareness.
Martin Mwariri is the programme coordinator for Freedom Within, Albain's two-day transformative resilience training programme for prison officers, teachers, police officers and civil servants. He helps create an encouraging learning environment in which public-service professionals can reflect, develop practical resilience tools and strengthen their personal wellbeing.
Martin is also a life coach with a particular ability to connect with and encourage younger people. His approach supports self-awareness, confidence, personal responsibility and a stronger sense of direction.
He is currently studying towards a diploma in addiction counselling, extending his ability to understand and support people facing complex behavioural and emotional challenges. Through facilitation and coaching, Martin helps people recognise their strengths and take constructive steps towards meaningful change.
