Seniors

Growing older shouldn't mean growing invisible.

The onset of dementia. The quiet of an empty house. The losses that stack up as the years do. Our seniors carried us. Now we walk with them, with gentleness, dignity and joy.

The Pain

What the later years too often bring.

These are not small things, and they should never be carried alone. Every person deserves to be heard and acknowledged, and that doesn't stop at any age.

Why It Matters

Joy is not a luxury. It's care.

Connection, creativity and being truly seen are among the strongest protections we have for the ageing mind and heart. A senior who laughs in company, creates with their hands and processes their losses doesn't just cope with the later years. They live them.

How We Work

Gentle, creative, and unhurried.

Our seniors programme applies the Paul Boyle Method at a gentler pace, processing loss and change through conversation, creativity and companionship rather than confrontation. Sessions are small, warm and led by facilitators experienced in walking with the elderly, including our art therapist.

  • Small, welcoming group circles, so no one is put on the spot
  • Art as therapy: creating with the hands to process what words can't reach
  • Support and guidance for families and caregivers
  • A consistent rhythm seniors can look forward to each week
