Paul Boyle is the founder of Albain Institute and an internationally experienced trauma therapist, programme developer and master facilitator. His approach is informed by decades of work with people affected by conflict, displacement, violence, humanitarian crises and cumulative stress.
Paul developed his practical trauma-healing methodology through both professional training and lived experience, focusing on helping people understand and transform the effects of trauma in their everyday lives. He has worked across 48 countries, supporting individuals, families, communities, leaders and frontline professionals to build greater self-awareness, resilience and emotional wellbeing.
